Namaste Yogi,
Happy 2023 to you.  A new year that is full of possibilities, just like the above picture of the beautiful rainbow I captured over the Malvern Hills. We wonder what’s at the end. Who knows? One thing is guaranteed and that is there will always be opportunities for change if we open our minds to see.

I have a few places in my weekly classes at Sjaan Dance Academy in Hailsham.

Monday’s 10.30 – 11.30am
Friday’s 9.30 – 10.30am

My next date at Wannock village hall is Saturday 28th January.
These monthly classes are a nice addition to your regular classes, which may only be an hour long.
This month’s theme will be the meaning of Santosha (contentment) and how we can apply this yogic principle in our practice and also everyday life.
As always there will be a hot drink and healthy snacks at the end of your practice if you’d like to stay on for a chat.
