In a world full of information overload, the yoga practice of pratyahara offers us a haven of silence – Yoga Journal

Namaste Yogi,
I am so excited to announce a new class in a brand new studio right in the heart of Meads Village. Longleaf health food store is opening the doors to this beautiful new studio on 27th October.  The studio is nestled down in the old vault away from all external distractions, a real place of tranquillity and peace.
I will be holding a Wednesday wind-down class every week from 6.30-7.30pm.  Think mellow movements to help you wind down the day and settle into a calm, restful evening. In this class, we will use a combination of gentle movement, mellow passive stretches and introspection to create the conditions for calm in the body, the nervous system and the mind. If you find yourself struggling to adequately “power down” at the end of your day, this class will guide you towards an easier transition to rest and better quality sleep.

If this sounds like a class you or someone you know could really benefit from, please email me to register your interest.

I will be offering an introductory rate of 6 classes for £55. The drop in rate will be £12.  Space is very limited in the studio therefore, booking ahead is strongly advised.
